Once your desired conditions are finalized, our staff will introduce vehicles that match your preferences.

Once the auctioned vehicle is confirmed, we will send you the order slip and sales contract.
At this stage, we require a deposit of $1,500 within your budget. If the payment is not confirmed by 10:00 PM NZ time on the day before the auction, we will not be able to participate in the auction. The standard deposit amount is $1,500, but it may vary depending on the desired vehicle and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Once the payment for the order slip is confirmed, we will proceed with the successful bid at the auction. After the auction, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance of the vehicle.

Once the vehicle departs from Japan, we will send you the invoice for the remaining balance. After payment is confirmed, we will send the vehicle-related documents via international mail.

After the vehicle has departed, we will notify you via email with the current location of the ship using our tracking system. Once it arrives at the port, our agent will deliver the keys to you either at the port or at a location you specify.
